Downtown Yoga Schedule

The classes we teach at Downtown Yoga have specific body/mind benefits for all levels of practitioners. Whether your goals are to increase flexibility, build strength, improve agility and balance, or improve mental clarity we have classes to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. It’s truly yoga for every body.  
New to yoga? Our Stretch + Relax classes are for you. Look for Pure Stretch, Gentle Relaxation Yoga, Yin Yoga or Fundamentals of Yoga on our schedule. These classes are less dynamic in nature and emphasize seated stretches to open the joints and lengthen the muscles.
